I had a wonderful experience at this place. I spent weeks on end looking for the parts I needed until a friend referred me to 4x4 Motors. They had it all and were very affordable. The kind lady who helped me was very informative and knew more than I did about the parts I was looking for. I’d definitely come back.

I reached out and ordered a steering wheel airbag for my truck. It got delayed over a week getting shipped out. I called in to see what was going on and the lady on the other end was very apologetic and made a substantial adjustment and got my order shipped promptly. Thank you for standing behind your word. I look forward to doing business again in the future

GUYS!!! We were in desperate need of a door for repair job we were doing. Our local parts dealers and LKQ vendors could not help us because the part was on back order. Heather at 4x4 motors was great! I called her on Friday at 3:00 after placing an order on Ebay. She called me back before 6:00 the same day to tell me my door was packaged and on the truck. I received a perfectly clean door at my shop in Massachusetts on the following Wednesday morning from Michigan with no shipping charge. I don't get this service from my local vendors never mind all the way from Michigan. Thanks to Heather and her team for getting it done so fast and at such a great price. 4x4 motors is my new go to source for GM parts!

Stay far away from this company!!They are the worst company ever! It took me more than 2 months to receive parts and one of them came damaged! Still until this day they haven't sent me the right part or reimburse me! I will deal with the right authorities so they learn the lesson they deserve. Cant steal thousands of dollars from people and do nothing about it! Sam the owner is a total scam, doesn't deserve to be in business!

STAY AWAY AND DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This company should be reported for scamming people. Purchased over $3k worth in parts which came broken, damaged and with missing parts. Have to try calling them multiple times in order to get someone to answer their phone. Company doesn't answer you back after promising to reach out, doesn't allow you to leave a message. Actually hangs up when I attempt to call on the first ring every single day I've tried to reach out after speaking. There are parts that were missing which i cant purchase from the dealer since it comes assembled. i got overcharged for some parts and no explanation as to why. Anyone knows who'd be a good contact to report them, they should be out of business.
