We were trying to get a boiler installed. They took our $4000.00 deposit and said we were getting a boiler they installed at another home for 2 days but found it was to big for the home. When it got to my home we said no way are you putting that rusty thing in my home. They said they would refund our money and now Heather has my phone blocked so it just goes to voice mail. The one time I called from another phone she answered and said the owner Pat would call me back. I am now contacting my attorney and My warranty company AHS as well as Lowes to not recommend for any services.

Consumers contracted them for my water heater. It took them over a week to come and look after they kept cancelling. I called and told Consumers we wanted someone else, they sent them anyway and we were quoted REALLY high. Not good customer service at all, Heather in the office acts annoyed and inconvenienced when you call. BEWARE!!!

This company installed my water heater and it failed mechanical inspection by the Township. I stood right there as he was finishing up and asked him if the water should be sitting on the floor. He said yes. Well it failed inspection because he did not put a pan under it. Now I can live with this if he makes it right but I have called then 3x and the Township has called him once as of this writing. He refused to return calls. I called Best Buy as he is a registered installer thru them. I am waiting to hear back. I am going to the Better Business Bureau site to make a complaint when I get done writing this. I also plan to sue for the cost of what it will take another plumber to come out, drain the water heater and install a drain pan. I will update this complaint if he finally calls me but he was first called 2 weeks ago and 3x since and he refuses to get back to me. As of right now I suggest you stay away from this company!!!!

Unfortunately, this company is contracted through Consumers Energy to do service calls if you subscribe to their service plan. On Thursday, 11/12/2015, my furnace started to act up with an issue that has happened before but it's been 8-9 years since it's done it. It would try to cycle on and would just turn off. Luckily it would work most of the time but when it reaches a certain temp, it wouldn't cycle on. I called Consumers on Thursday, Friday and today, 11/15/2015. I have not seen a repair man, not received a call, nothing. DO NOT use this company!!!! Obviously they do not care if you have heat or not. And obviously Consumers doesn't care about their customers. GOOD LUCK getting anything fixed with them.
