“Amazing clinic and staff. No chaos and very professional and friendly. Dr Copeland reminded me of the old school vets that realize the importance of care in a timely manner. Received the first appointment available the next day. I called on a Thursday as I was unable to get into our regular vet office until the following week. It took her only a few minutes to determine my dog's issues. Received diagnosis, medicine with instructions all at a very fair price. Today is Sunday and he has improved greatly as he is able to go on his walks again. Happy Dog Happy Life. He'll be even happier when he is not having to wear the "cone".

“I really trust Dr. Joyce with my pet family. I'm always confident with her diagnosis. Her staff is the best and will treat you well. They love the animals, you can really tell, so I wouldn't worry about taking your beloved pets there. They don't try to pad the bill with a lot of stuff, and if they say tests and meds are needed, then they are. The office has always been clean and looks well taken care of. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a veterinary clinic.”

“Moved here from out of state and hadn't found a new vet for my cat and then suddenly he got very sick. I called riverside and they got me in within the hour and unfortunately, there wasn't anything we could do, but the staff here (front desk, the tech and the dr) were sooo kind and comforting and explained everything to me where I can understand it. Dr also was petting him through the process. They put me at ease and even though I had to walk out of there without my cat, I was glad that this is the place I brought him too. “I absolutely LOVE coming here. At other clinics I've been to, it's the staff that does most of the work. But not here, more times than not when I call, Dr Gill himself answers the phone. When I leave voice mails, it's Dr Gill that calls me back. You can tell he has a kind and compassionate heart for animals. Can't forget the vet techs too! Every time we come here they are so nice, answering all of our questions no matter how stupid they may be. They definitely help a worried dog/cat mom not feel so crazy. If I could give 10 stars I would! HIGHLY recommend”
“I have owned multiple animals, (large and small) for 50 years and have lived throughout the US. As a result, I have worked with many veterinarians (45? 50? No idea.) Dr. Cripps is one of the top three. He is a GREAT diagnostician and relies on his experience before he recommends expensive tests. (In my opinion, younger vets especially go immediately to them.) He has proven to be better at diagnoses than many vets at MSU, a fine teaching school.
He is kind and.patient with all of my creatures and respects me as a client. He also has a fine sense of humor, which must be crucial when dealing with many pet owners. (Pets, not so much. ;-))
His office staff is small, but I have found both Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Sarah to be efficient, capable and pleasant. They're good at returning calls if you leave a message. You have to wait in your car before you're admitted, but Dr. Cripps is unfailingly punctual if you are. All three of them work effectively with Chewy and other online businesses for animals.
I've worked with 10 other veterinarians in the Lansing area, including emergency clinics and MSU, during the 30 years I've lived here. I have no problem changing vets if I'm dissatisfied with their abilities.
One has retired, but otherwise I have never had one as good and certainly none better. I am hoping Dr. Cripps works until he's at least 150 years old so I never have to find another.”
“They have always taken the best care of my family's pets. Zeeb’s has cared for and treated 4 generations of my family’s pets. From my grandparents’ dogs, to my parents’ birds, cats and dogs, my sister’s cats and dogs, my cats and dogs, and my son’s cats; the care, professionalism, and compassion has been above and beyond basic needs. The pricing has always been extremely reasonable and I have never felt that they are in it for the profits, but there for the family and their beloved pets. I do not ever want to have to go to any other vet for the care of my pets.”

“I can't thank the wonderfully kind people at the MSU Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory enough for their thoughtful and gracious handling of my precious companion of 25 years. This was such a devastating experience for us and they treated us with the utmost courtesy, compassion and expediency.
Nobody wants to suffer this kind of loss and their kindness really helped minimize the incomprehensible pain of our dear boy's sudden and unexpected departure. Their analysis and the cremation were completed quickly and professionally, and the results will be helpful in maintaining a healthy regimen for his surviving sister.

“Dr Rob is a terrific vet. Decades of experience with all sport disciplines and breeds of horses. I like that He's reluctant to order expensive tests unless they're really necessary. But if he orders a test, you can bet you need it to get to the bottom of the problem. His insights have saved us money and our many horses pain over the 20 years we've known him. I'm always impressed that just by looking and feeling how a horse moves and reacts he can determine the most likely root cause. And so far he hasn't been wrong. I can't think of a better vet than Dr Rob.”

“Sure, we were seen at the time appointed, and had great care. The really big difference is the lengths they went to to make my pup comfortable. We've never been to another vet that used pheromones to help relieve our pet's anxiety, and gave her something nice to lick while she was being given her injections. Our pup usually is tremoring and afraid at the vet, but at this visit she was obviously much more comfortable.”
