I had 3 different Holiday cards to be delivered to the same address & they were never delivered to that person & was never returned to me. The lady at the front desk said that the cards were probably piggyback riding on another letter. Really let that make sense to me. 3 times I don't think so. If the mix up didn't happen in the post office then it was the delivery person. If that's the case then the mail delivery person is a very dishonest person. or even if it was delivered to the wrong address the person that received it should have returned it, it didn't have your name on it... tampering with the mail is a federal offense. I will never mail anything to Holt Michigan again.. ?

I went to mail a return package and I explained that I ran out of packing tape the guy refused to give me his name so I could file a complaint and he said to me that he doesn’t have to give me anything he’s an older guy working the front today so he told me that I have to buy packing tape he can’t give me any I only need two strips of tape and he refused also they don’t have the updated poster 7 that the department of homeland security issued a new poster 7 in 2018 stating all rules and conduct allowed in the post office such as first amendment right to take video and pictures in the lobbies hallways and corridor’s. I will not go back to this post office anymore until he’s fired for misconduct and unprofessional behavior and they need to update that poster 7 immediately

The only post office near me on my route of errands that was open an hour later than the others. Clean and organized. The mail worker at the desk was super helpful and quick. Let me know about the rates difference between Priority and guaranteed services.

This piece of mail was placed in my mailbox about a month ago and I put it out bc it's not mine, the mail carrier has left it there since. It's from the Friend of Court, I'm sure someone is looking for it. I have a list of names for my home as soon as you pull the mailbox door down. Just my 2 kids and mine, all same last name. This is ridiculous and very upsetting.

I am not a fan of the employees here. Half of them don't care. I have had packages mis handled. Last straw was employees failing to disclose information that resulted in extra cost on my end. I wish I could choose another post office.

I’ve been in my house for 40 years never had a problem with the post office here but lately I’ve become ill not able to get to the post box so my physician has ask to have my mail delivered at my house and my regular postman is a good person and does his job but he has a relief person that leaves nasty notes in my mailbox also when I have boxes to be delivered he puts them in my back door not my front door I can’t go up and down the stairs anymore so I can’t get them from my back door I’ve complained which was a bad mistake I guess I’ve even put up a great big sign on my back door not to leave boxes down here but they do it anyway I’m 77 years old I don’t understand why some people have to be so hard to get along with thanks for listening

This place used to be awful, every time I came in here I had something go wrong. They've lost packages, were rude and pushy, and even wrongly addressed my package. I paid $30 to send out a box and it got sent to my own house, when I went back up there the woman who was the same women that took my package in the first visit blamed me. She told me I mixed up the sender and receiver, the problem was, SHE took my To and From label and SHE was the one who put it on the box and entered it into the computer. She told me I placed it on the box wrong and it mixed her up, but like I said she was the one who put each label with the giant To and From on my box... After that I avoided this place for a few years. I've used many other post offices for years and never had as many problems as I did here. Ive been sending out packages since I was 19 (even to APO addresses which means filling out lots of forms perfectly) Well recently I went in there and was relieved to see all new people working, they were quick and efficient without being rude or pushy and they were friendly which is already more than I hoped for. I went once more since then and saw the same guy and he was just so nice and he didn't even mind explaining how to fill something out to another customer. I hope he stays there because he helped make this place welcoming again and his customer service was excellent. I never expect postal workers to be as nice and helpful as he was so it was a pleasant surprise. I was in line behind 3 people and he was fast but so nice to each person. It would be nice to see him run the place one day because he is awesome.
