“It was my first time coming in yesterday. I came for a refinance for my auto loan and they explained everything clearly and politely. It was an absolute pain to refinance as CNAC is a real piece of work but they didn’t even break a sweat. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a financial institution and I’m a member at a few different ones. I ended up opening multiple accounts and a credit card line as well. Absolutely fantastic customer service from the front door to behind the desks. I will be back!”
