Attempted to return an alternator for the $50 core replacement fee. I was told I could return it to any Autozone. I went to the HOLT location around 7:20pm and was told to go the another store. Maybe these two employees didnt know what they are doing or didnt want to help. I was the only one in the store. I drove to another Autozone and they took my alternator and I recieved my replacement fee back. Thank You to the Autozone on Cedar who took the time to help me.

The staff are willing to help! I came here for a pickup order. It was simple enough I just had to show my ID and the card I bought it with. It was a very quick process. The staff asked everyone as they walked in what they were looking for and either show or tell them were to find it. If I need anything else for my car, I know where to go!

Only one thing I dislike about autozone is when you go To the shelf to pick up your item then go up to pay for it. You have to wait for somebody to come To the counter to check you out and it may take some time.

Missing food i paid for and it was cold. Yes it was delivered but I live 2 minutes away!! Very poor service this time. Will be a while before going back there for dinner.
