Terrible do not use. We were not familiar with the area and had my Mom sent here. Keep seeing on television commercials the average funeral service is 6-8 thousand dollars not here. This joker charged us 10,000 + for a simple graveside service. His packages are all overpriced. My stepfather passed away right after my Mother and they took him to A funeral home in Ubly he got almost the same as us for 6,000 total and a beautiful obituary on the internet included. We were not told we could do that so under my Mom's obituary it's blank nothing about herI'm so sad about that. He used an answering service so it was extremely hard to get a hold of him when I needed something. The preacher he recommended was not good. He met with me the day of didn't use anything I told him about her talked about himself through the whole sermon mentioned my Mom only once in the beginning of the ceremony. He sat in on our lunch and still wanted to be paid for his awful performance. My poor Mother I never would have had her taken there if I would have known what a crook he was. Don't go to Apsey they don't care about you in your time of need all you are seen as is a profit. Go to Ubly or Sandusky if you care about your loved ones.
