Our family has been working with Les and his crew of amazing people for generations, great timely service, dependable people. My Father, brother Andrew and I, have always appreciated his honesty and workability. If he and his crew couldn’t be there immediately, he would let us know so we could make other arrangements. Those situations have been microscopic in the grand scheme of our relationship together and were difficult situations for the community as a whole. They are a wonderful group of people to work with and we would recommend them for your business as well!

Horrible customer service. I spoke to Lester. And because I hadn't bought fuel from them in the last two years (because I've been burning wood), he told me to call someone else. My elderly mother was about to run out of heating fuel the Friday before Christmas and I asked if there was anyway to get some fuel delivered that weekend and he laughed and said I had better go somewhere else. Lester is a despicable man.

Terrible customer service. I have used this company in the past to deliver fuel oil, however I called and spoke to Lester earlier this week, he said that because I hadn't bought fuel in 2 years(because I've been burning wood) then I should probably call someone else. My elderly Mother was going to run out of fuel the Friday before Christmas, I asked if there was any way they could make it out that weekend, he laughed and was very rude. I called Marlette oil, they were very friendly and had a truck out to deliver fuel within an hour. Thank you Marlette oil for the wonderful service and helping our family before Christmas! Will never do business with Lester or Phillips Oil in the future!! It's a despicable way to run a business!
