Place sucks…. I dropped off my 2024 dodge ram there few days ago mind you the truck is only 6 months old and wouldn’t all of a sudden get out of 1st gear so had no choice but to bring it here cause it wouldn’t make it where I bought the truck.. so now I’m stuck with my truck here and not getting any answers.. only answer I get “ain’t no tellin when we’re gonna get to it”! And now day 3 I call again and nobody answers the phone.. gotta love it!! And no loaners of course nothing.. I’m actually trying now to get it towed out of there cause it needs to get worked on not just sit there.. people have jobs to get to..

Steer clear from this dealership nothing but problems. Make sure review every piece of paper BEFORE signing don’t believe the liar for a salesman. He will say anything just to make a sale. Recently just got a lease from there with zero gas in the brand-new vehicle had to chase the salesman to reimburse me for Gas! Only took a few weeks to pay me back for the gas, paid me half cash then I had to chase him around to get the other half. After having the vehicle for two weeks, salesman calls me and says “hey you still owe us another $1500 even though I didn't bring it up before you signed”. Stay away from this Dealership the salesman’s use grimy tactics to get you to sign. liars! Review each paper before signing don’t let them fool you! This Salesman knows who he is.

They had my car for 8 days and did nothing. Charged me $160 for a diagnostic they never did. They told me it would take a 6 hour diagnostic to figure the issue. That’s amazing that Westborn can predetermine how many hour of diagnosis it would take and the total amount
$960. To figure out what’s wrong with my car. They are scammers and unprofessional.

I have never been to this dealership before. I came in to get an oil change last minute, but I had to get it done before going out of state the next day. It was 1pm on a Friday . William the advisor who greeted me and welcomed me was very accommodating. I was impressed!! Thank you for your kindness Westborn.Great people skills!

I called this dealership before I took my vehicle in for service, I spoke to Will. My truck ran hot and was loosing Coolant but was not visibly leaking antifreeze. I was advised by Will that my engine was gone and I needed to replace it. I advised Will that I had Gasket engine work done on my truck at the Southfield dealership in 2022, that it was still under warranty. He claimed he could not pull up my paperwork from the other dealership and gave me different prices for the work on my truck. My truck had a two year warranty on parts and labor but this was not honored at this facility and they charged me 159.00 to look at a warranty vehicle. I took my vehicle back to Southfield dealership and they asked me why didn’t Westborn dealership do the work because any dealership can honor the warranty work. He also asked why did they charge me. My truck was in Westborn while my warranty was in place but I was charged for them to look at it, they claim it was not for the same thing, that because it was a code for the other side of the engine they would not cover this. I asked to speak to the Service Manager Chris, who was very rude and unprofessional. A very unpleasant person and should not be representing anyone let alone a business. I asked him how can you say my engine is gone and you did not check my engine, He yelled at me and said “If I don’t trust his mechanics, I can leave!” I requested a refund of the 159.00 because my vehicle was under warranty while at there location and the Southfield Service Manager said they should not have charged me. This of course was not granted, I will never go to this location again, the customer service is awful and they don’t stand by Chrysler’s Warranty work. You pay the dealership prices thinking you will get quality and honest work but you are better off trusting someone else to do the job. One of the worst dealership experiences!

Mike P was very pleasant to work with I went in to look at specific cars that were on auto trader and all three were sold out but Mike did find me one that was really nice , he got it detailed because it looked like a Dog had shed his fur in it you couldn’t even get in it to test drive it. Mr made sure it was running good because I was giving it to my daughter. Would definitely shop here again

Went for an oil change and was told that they were unable to rotate my tires because of a problem with the lock. Took it to Detroit Tire and Alignment and they rotated the tires and said that there was no problems with any of the locks. Will never use Westborn again with all the other problems I’ve encountered, DONE!

I got an oil change last week whoever drove my car scratched up my driver seat. Not sure if the tech had something in their back pocket. I called and left a message, I called again and left a message with the manager and I still haven't received a call back.
