The absolute worst service ever , I ordered my groceries to be delivered Saturday morning and 24 hours later - after contacting customer service ( which was excellent) I got absolutely nothing from Walmart but games.

It's always dirty, crowded, no more than 3 lanes opened, lines are always long even self checkout. Wish I could give it zero stars cause this is the worst store to ever shop at

I would give negative stars if possible! The staff at this Walmart is extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist! I was racially profiled (I am middle eastern) by a cashier and team lead when requesting a price to be honored for what it was listed as on the shelf's sticker and was denied. Even though the same discount I was requesting was honored for the customer in front of me (who seemed to be of the same race as the cashier/team lead). The employees were loud, cursed, and belittled me. The employees even turned their ID badges around so I could not obtain their names and when I asked for their names they refused to provide me their real names or show me their ID badges. I called Walmart customer service 4 different times and was promised that a manager from the store would call to address my concern and no one ever called me back! I would stay far away from this Walmart! Being a retail sales manager for many years myself, I can admit that retail is stressful, but there's a level of customer service that needs to be met and there's not one ounce or care from the employees or management at this store! Which is clearly shown by their attitudes and inability to call back on a complaint that was escalated 4 times!

Every employee I interested with was rude and condescending. The woman at customer service told me to go find the item with a rag because she didn't want to look up the item with my card. Another employee said "uh no, this is Walmart" when I asked if they had an RvV section and argued with me when I told her other locations had one. No one was friendly or helpful.

They are rude and disrespectful they wouldn't help me and when you call the store the employee played on the phone like kids so I ask for a manager and was ignored they wouldn't give me there name when I ask who was I speaking to kids kept passing the phone around to play on it I will never shop here again this store needs to close or get employee who want to do there job they are all lazy the store in nasty and dirty at that

Now I know why people steal from Walmart. Something had no barcode on it so I hit the assistant button in self check out, the cashier legit turns doesn't come over to me an says can't help you with no barcode. I should've just shoved it in my bag. Worst customer service
