This pharmacy is thee absolutely worst. They had me on hold for over an hour. They kept picking up and hanging up. I decided to go there and it was only 1 person in line. The two people back there was absolutely no help. They were doing nothing but standing around and talking and kept hitting the button on the phone either hanging up on people or placing them on hold even when they were not busy. My doctors office couldn't even get through on the phone.
I have transferred all my and husband medicine to another pharmacy (Not another walgreens) I'm so done with the place. The two girls were rude and unprofessional. They need to hire more people. It just ridiculous ? I'm not even shopping there any more.
The young girl told me it'll take two hours to transfer my medicine to another pharmacy because she has to answer the phone. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME when I was just on hold for over an hour. She then proceeds to tell me I can go home because it's going to take two hours. Another rep came to help me and she got it done in 10 minutes if that. Like I said I am completely done with this location!

This pharmacy ignores calls place you on hold picks up to place you on hold again never speaks or acknowledges the customer people are in desperate need of their medication and the non verbal communication is unacceptable especially in a hospital hack crisis so very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Worst customer service cashier and managments have attitudes and don't know how to answer basic questions based on customer the customers need it would be worth it to drive to another location

Very very Very disrespectful and unprofessional from the worker to the manager unbelievable what happened to me today there I was there shopping almost for 1 hour and when I finish I went to the cash register that it was too late this is standing far away from the cash register I wait there for 2 minutes,then something to talk about then she came in and she asked me to add my number, then my son came in and I was talking to my son-in my language which is Arabic language telling him I'm sorry I was for taking long. Then the cash register lady she starts telling me stop talking about me and say I'm rude and I looked at her I said I'm talking to my son not to you ma'am she said no I know your language I said my language okay she said you speak in Spanish I said I'm not Spanish I'm Arabic and I'm speaking Arabic and I don't know how to speak Spanish then she was talking over me more and more than a ask for the manager manager came in and looked like managers she doesn't care then another worker came in and she started telling me all you need to cash your stuff or leave And the caher lady that I have the first problem with her she said you are very disrespectful you need to leave . I AM THERE TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS NOT TAKING SOMETHING FOR FREE. YOU GUYS NEED TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEE HOW TO HANDEL BUSINESS.

This Pharmacy is by far the worst. Putting people on hold without acknowledging the call for a half hour and then go straight into their lunch break. Very unprofessional. This is why computers are going to replace people, because people do the bare minimum and customer service is not important. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions. Thankfully I'm not connected to this location, just had a question that wasn't answered by this Pharmacy.

Customer service was very poor. Cashier was so rude to the point I had to ask him if he was ok he responded "yes I'm ok just it's been one of those days" and I definitely could tell.

Shockingly, the pharmacy technicians provided incorrect information about the medication and my health insurance . As a parent, I rely on accurate guidance to ensure my child’s health. Their misinformation jeopardized my baby’s well-being. I missed my baby’s essential medication. This lapse could have serious consequences for my child’s health. The technicians acted intentionally and lied on me many times.

I waited 10 minutes in line to be told the machine for reloading money on card isn't working. And the cashier register is working perfectly. Something they have to tell chime before people come waste time.

They were refusing to serve us and give me my medicine we were at the front of the line and there was 3 people that could have helped us but were pretending to be busy and I was waiting for 5 minutes with my mom.

Unprofessional staff. They ignore photo customers and then they tell u it’s closed after it’s been called on speaker for at least 6 times. They look at you waiting and pretend u are invisible.
