I just recently purchased a 2022 Ford Escape. Honestly, The car is filthy. I noticed how bad it was the day after purchase which was 3 days ago. They don’t detail the cars before putting them on the lot? It seems all they did was vacuum it and wiped it down with Armor All to make it shine. I have purchased used cars from other dealerships and they have always been clean with a new car smell. This one is dirty and smells like Black and Milds. They told me it was the cleaner they used but it’s definitely a smoke smell that is lingering. I wiped something from the console that looked for similar to ashes. This has all made me unsure about my purchase because what else could be wrong with the car that I haven’t noticed. It also doesn’t have a spare but the salesman said he would work on getting one. ***Update*** The salesman did reach out to schedule a time for me to drop the car off for a detail which I appreciated. For a few reasons, I decided not to drop it off and will have it done on my own. FYI, the brakes are squeaking. I’ve the car a little over a week now, noticed squeaking yesterday.

Basema (sorry for spelling ) is the best sells woman I ever delt with. She was willing to stay way past the time she should have to make a deal. Even the finance team gave up and wasn't willing to wait for the sell of 2 vehicles at once....but this lady was ruthless and did what it took to sell 2 brand new vehicles in one night.....she deserves to be a manager.

To all at Village Ford,
My name is Jeremy Nemec. I am a small business owner with very little time. I called Village Ford regarding a new F-150 to lease. Joseph Celentino had answered the phone. I let him know that my schedule was tight and asked him about a particular F-150 that I saw on Village Ford's website. He informed me that he had it on the lot and let me know the lease term and price I was looking for over the phone. I let him know that I would be there in about 45 minutes. When I showed up to the front door one of the sales managers walked me over to his desk. Joe took me and showed me the new truck. It was black like I requested but then I asked if he had the Carbon Grey. He informed that he did have one but it was at a different location. I asked him I will take that one. While we were looking at the truck he had my other vehicle appraised, which he did not know about until I was there. They were efficient and gave me a good price for my trade in. I gave him all of my information and I was in and out in about 30 minutes with myself coming back on Thursday to come and sign and pick up my new truck. While we were doing the paperwork I inquired about an Explorer for my girlfriend as our kids were getting bigger and there was just limited room in the Ford Escape for all of them. I let him know that I would be bringing her in with myself when I picked up the new F-150. When I arrived on Thursday truck was cleaned and prepped and we were ready to sign. At the same time he showed my girlfriend a new Explorer and we decided right there to purchase another vehicle from him. We traded in her Ford Escape and we were in and out in a decent time. Which was huge due to we had 3 kids in the showroom. And anyone that has kids knows buying a car with kids in the showroom can be stressful and time is of the essence. They met a few people while they were in there and everyone was nice with them. They even were able to say hello to the owner of Village Ford and were able to ask him a few questions about is Ford GT that was in the show room.
I really do appreciate all of Joseph Celentino's hard work and everything that he had done for us. I have to honestly say, I never do survey's, but I feel this was one that I was already thinking about while I was at Village Ford. That is how much I enjoyed working with him and all of the team behind the scenes at this wonderful dealership. I really do look forward to coming back in a few years for another wonderful experience. As I have already let several family members and friends know about this experience. Keep up the amazing customer atmosphere Village Ford.

The whole process was smooth, from finding a vehicle that I wanted, the monthly payment range I was looking for and picking up the vehicle.
Ali Berry was outstanding like always. He found the best deal for the options that I wanted and recommended me other savings. He personally ensured that I don’t have to do anything just arrived at the dealership signed the paperwork and drive away with my new Edge, all done in less than 30 minutes.
