Verizon is awful. Not this store in particular, but just a warning. The customer service is terrible, it will take hours to reach a real person and that's after you're stuck talking to a barley functioning AI when you call. The home wifi drops signal daily. It takes MONTHS for discounts to reflect on bills. I'm sick of verizon

Excellent service from Adham today. He was kind, patient, helpful and made my nightmare from the Southfield and Westland stores 1000% better. I’ll be sure he’s in whenever I need assistance.

Unsurprisingly dismal service. The employees are all doing their best, as always. Unfortunately, they work for another soul-sucking corporation. You are a commodity. As long as you continue to comply, you will always be relegated to that status. You believe you have to have a cell phone. Verizon knows this. If you leave Verizon today with a thousand of your friends, know that a thousand and one other people will be leaving the competitor for Verizon today, too. It is hopeless. As long as you accept this treatment, corporations will gladly prey upon you. In other words, you deserve to be robbed. You have earned this; enjoy it.

I am a new customer. I initiated my plan with an iPhone 15, but wanted to exchange it for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was explained to me by a representative that all I needed to do was go to a Verizon store and pay a restocking fee of $50 for an exchange. I clearly explained that this was my intent, and also confirmed the $50 restocking fee when I arrived at this location on 8/7. Once the new phone was retrieved and it was time to check out, my salesperson informed me that there was an error w/ the transaction and that I'd have to have a new phone number assigned to my current line. I thought it was odd but trusted what I was being told. In actuality, my exchange was processed as a full return, and a brand new line of service, including the fees, was added for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. This was not what I asked for, and it was NOT explained to me that the new phone number I was told I'd have to get was actually me purchasing a new phone with a new plan; I wouldn't have proceeded had I knew. Due to this, I was charged $100 instead of $50 w/ no explanation as to why. I thought that maybe I was paying the cost difference of the phones until I confirmed w/ an online representative that I should not have had to, as I'd already done so when I initiated services. Along w/ having two phone lines unnecessarily assigned, my iPhone 15 Pro Max was not registered to me, the phone showed up on the account as being purchased outright w/ no installment payments when it wasn't (my bill amount was still the same and would be even higher the next two months), and there were other errors on my account that I didn't have prior to visiting the store. Three different phone representatives have since had to help me fix everything. Moreover, while in store, I received a receipt for the iPhone 15 return, which shows a restocking fee, but the exchange (or purchase, rather) for iPhone 15 Pro Max or $100 transaction in total is not listed anywhere. When I checked my Verizon app documents, there IS a purchase receipt listed for the transaction, but coincidentally, I cannot access the pdf, and I, as the purchaser, only have access to a gift receipt. I have no proof of purchase other than the orders tab in the app that doesn't show any details. This seems to be intentional. I feel I was disillusioned for the sake of making a sale, and a very simple transaction ended up being overcomplicated. Although the excuse was obviously BS, an "error" on the store's end is the store's problem, and I should not have had to do anything other than what I specifically asked for because of it.

My phone wasn’t working at all. Tim
told me it was because my SIM card needed replacing. He did that and also showed me how to remove excess items to make more open storage. He was friendly and knowledgeable and personable. Thank you.
