Bad staff with bad attitude. They look like they had a bad day or working for free. I suggest they hire people from the Dearborn community who are bilingual.

Horrible staff..they aren't interester in providing any assistance..they will.just stick.a 1-800 number on your package and ask you to get lost. A complete disgrace for a quasi government funded entity.

I went there 3 times to change address. Filled out the slip gave my new I'd and address and nothing was recorded. Missed out on stimulus being sent back because of there laziness. The 3 time going in the office they said they would contact Flatrock to make sure my mail was forwarded to my new address. That never happened.

The staff at this post office are super nice and efficient. I never have to wait long. Very professional and helpful to everyone. They are providing a great service.

Another bad service one day a shippment from Morocco in the year 2017 been lost after leaving customs cost us +500$ and never been rembursed. ( who did steal it?!!)

Slow beyond words, with employees disappearing for 20+ minutes to return empty handed. Drop box wasn't available, but the worker told me to just "drop my package in a stack" near a door. Seems super unsafe and not at all secure. No one wants to leave their high value package sitting out for people to help themselves to.

Staff here is awesome. I've waited in a long line before only to notice how selfish, rude, and entitled so many of the clientele actually are! Charging the front desk while other ppl are there trying to do business. If there is only one employee and you hate waiting, just GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE. THERE ARE LIKE 3 IN DEARBORN ALONE. It's so annoying reading these reviews because I know the staff personally and they are patient hard working ppl just trying to make a living like everyone else.

I've got to agree with Desiree H. - this place IS horrible. Okay, you're a government employee... but holy crap, I don't think I could move that slow if my life depended on it. The store itself is quite a disaster too - there is no one out on the floor checking to see if everything is stocked up, or cleaned/organized. You'd think that they would have more help during the holiday season, but you would be wrong. The only good thing is that ONE GUY, when I asked about getting a small Priority Mail box, responded to my inquiry and made it happen. The parking here also drives me crazy - which is why I also avoid the Kroger that shares the same parking lot. Basically, I would rather go over to the UPS store (where the employees are kind, atmosphere is chill, and parking is fine) and pay twice as much to ship something than go to this location again.

Very rude employees! Very slow and don’t seem they care to be there. They made my visit so much harder than it really was. I just wanted to pick up my package like I requested, the male went to look for my package and he stated that he couldn’t find it. but the women there was demanding where to stand as in “move over to the side” as I was looking for my tracking number. Horrible service & I will never come back to that location.
