Ms Jeanne who has been at the bookstore for over 10 years is exceptional in finding what you need especially for vets/active military personnel,(when dealing with PO numbers) but this statement is all encompassing for various students. If you email her a question about a book she, responds relatively quick! She has been helping me since 2013 and I've just seen her again in 2023, thanks for all the help Jeanne!

I will never purchase a book through them unless I cannot get it anywhere else. I had to wait over two weeks after class started to receive my book. I had to purchase a code to start my work for that class, when I finally got the book home after waiting for it, I realized the code was sold with it. When I called the very next day to ask if I could return the book they said once I walked out with the book it was mine since it was past the two week semester return date allowed even though it had only been a week since I received the email that I was able to pick it up. Now I'm out an unnecessary $198.

My son attends University of Michigan Dearborn. He's a freshman this year and he tells me how he enjoys the smaller campus, his knowledgeable professors, the UC, helpful student services, some campus events, bookstore experience was good, digs college life so far and has already made a couple friends with fellow computer science students. #adulting

Well - This has been a pretty miserable experience all told.* Literally my entire book order for the upcoming semester was back ordered days before the semester starts - with no warning.* The associate who I talked to in order to figure out what is going on was extremely s****y with me on the phone* The course pack is unique to the course I am taking and it is totally unacceptable that it wasn't able to ship* Now I am expected to pay shipping for each partial order* You are closed on the weekend before the semester starts with no support availableI have no choice but to cancel the balance of my order since I had to buy it on Amazon instead of supporting the local bookstore..Bummed,

This bookstore took forever to get books delivered for curbside pickup. Our appointment was at 10:30 and we waited until 11:30 when someone finally said he would grab our order which took another 35 minutes, yes I did time it! Will try to avoid this place as much as possible

Absolutely terrible. I've been there 3 times and each time they've given me the wrong books. The first time I threw out my receipt by accident, but they still wouldn't take back my rental book, which was one of the wrong books that they gave me. The markups are awful, it's so expensive and you can get pretty much everything cheaper elsewhere. Some of the staff were rude as well. After I started classes, I had a bunch of classmates in several different classes complain that they were also given the wrong books, and then 2 of my professors recommended not going to the bookstore because they're notoriously bad about that. I'm not sure how they have such a high rating.

Does not price match scantrons or blue books. Staff gave incorrect information about return policy of (unopened/unused) safety goggles. Good selection of notebooks, but of course has steep prices for everything in the store.
