I've been working out on a house nearby which has no bathroom due to water damage, at the start of the job we made it clear we'd be using the bathroom there semi-regularly throughout the week but on the 2nd day the owner stopped us and told us we needed to stop using his bathroom and microwave for our lunches, if the public isn't allowed to use them why have them?, We don't make a mess and we buy snacks and drinks so there's no reason to be so unaccommodating

My fiancé and her family have been coming here for over 15 years because of the previous owner ever since chillbox took over that night shift worker has gotten so big headed the worst attitude, possibly imaginable I pry management looks up the video from that day. The day was December 23 at around 11:55 PM even though the employee knows I’m well over 21. He still ID me just to make it a hassle and didn’t even welcome me. When I walked up to the register, he just stared at me. And when I requested what I wanted, he didn’t give me a total nothing and asked me for ID and then keep in mind. This is an employee tells me I thought you were not coming back here anymore. And I had told him and I literally told myself that I would never walk back in there. But I did that one day. Just because it was convenient. And nobody walks into an any establishment to get an attitude or some punk talking back to you.And by the way, that was the third or fourth time I have gotten an argument with the same employee And I even went in one day and asked to speak to the manager and the employees they’re insured me that they will tell the manager what takes place during The night shift over there

Came in for two packs of game leafs. An ther say $1.49 on the pack an he said it was $1.58 each. So when did tax become $0.09 on the dollar in Michigan?They charge high for breeze an such items too.

This place has went way down hill since the previous owner. When the previous owner owned this place everyone was friendly, always smiled and talked with everyone. Now every time I go in here all the employees look mad no one smiles, any questions you have they can’t answer, not one friendly face everyone looks mad like they hate there jobs or they hate customers.

The previous owners staff were always smiling and happy, they always talked with everyone and great customer service. The new owners employees are awful, no one here smiles, everyone looks mad like they hate there jobs or hate customers. This place sucks now. You ask I question it's always I don't know! Then they just stare at you like your bothering them. The new owners of this place your employees suck. They have No customer service skills.

New owners are very bad at customer service and take the local customers for granted. My friends and family members have noticed a shift in the vibe up there since it transitioned to a chill-box. I don't care how nice your store is, if you cannot treat paying patrons as equals your business will fail. Me and my squad located right in the area will go down the street a ways to pump gas.

I come here twice a week usually in the morning. It's always the same clerk. We hoke and have fun. He knows my name. Good guy. Good service. Decent prices compared to the surrounding area. The shelves are always stocked. The store is super clean. The even have the squeegee in the garbage cans to clean the windows with clean fluids. Best gas station on telegraph.

This gas station short changes their customers. You might as well pay their 10 cents a gallon surcharge for credit cards because you will not get the correct change back for a cash purchase.
