All the copy machines are broken except one, garbage all over the floor, looks like a FedEx Kinko's copies from the 90s, destroyed, but there is a gold shining star in the store, not the lady sitting at the front desk looking like a happy cupcake I gave my daughter for a birthday present when she was two, no, not that lady I really dig your attire, but you could use some work ethic training as well as the store can use a janitor or something regardless of my negative review of the from what seems like lazy cashier. Tesha or Tamica or I really apologize for not remembering your name, but came out of the back literally saw me frustrated because all the machines were broke came out and literally sat in assisted me with my entire project! 5 Stars, and then some! Way above and beyond the call of duty for anyone let alone at staples employee. I wish the store would reach out to me so I can give this employee their due respect and praise as it is far too often we overlook great employees like this.

Best customer service ever! I went into Staples on 12/17/23 just prior to closing looking for a webcam. My husband and I had questions about brands and quality. We were greeted by a store associate named Anthony. Anthony was very patient, enthusiastic to help, and knowledgable, to say the least. Anthony's customer service was unparalleled to any I have received in that store. I left the store feeling confident about my purchase. The attention and positive attitude Anthony displayed will keep me coming back to Staples in Dearborn!

The experience I had with this store was abysmal. I submitted an order online, as instructed, only to find out that I submitted it thru my business advantage account and apparently this store does not receive those orders. A rather huge issue when you are a company that will only accept orders submitted online. When I arrived, I gave them the documents and asked them to expedite. Cyndi was apparently new and had not been trained by the manager - Anthony. She didn't know that their hundred of thousands of dollars worth of machinery could also stapled the documents if someone would have just trained her on how to operate the machine.. So when I came back to get the order she was not only hand stapling, she was stapling them backwards. She didn't bother to look at the documents online to ensure that she was stapling them correctly. Because I was in a time-crunch I stepped in to help staple, only to find out that she had stapled incorrectly up to that point.. I had to remove the staples that she did and correct them. I asked her for help, and her movements to get another stapler, fill it with staples (in a STAPLES store) was glacial. I then asked for the 4th document, she turned her back on me an ignored me. Anthony, the store manager, did not step in to first supervise the copy order that INCLUDED machine stapling, did not get additional help for the hand stapling, did not do anything to mitigate the issue. Cyndi was obviously untrained but she was also unprofessional and made no effort to make it right. she has no business being in a customer service oriented business and Anthony has no business managing a store if he cannot take the time to train his staff to be able to understand that the hundred of thousands of dollars of machinery can collate AND staple. Both Anthony and Cyndi need to find a job where customer service does not matter.

Had an issue with a print order not once but twice. Not there fault but who they outsourced too. Everyone there is great. My only complaint was Taylor was supposed to call me back. He never did. Today Anthony was great and very helpful. Thank you Anthony and all employees there!!!

The printing services team was so helpful. I had an issue with the way my order was printing (not their fault) but they helped me figure it out and reprint everything. Luckily I got everything fixed before our event. Thank you Taylor!

Awesome experience at this Staples. Came in to find a new office desk chair, found a good one at a fair price, and was thoroughly helped by Tyler. He loaded the heavy chair into my shopping cart as well as in my car, and allowed me to use an online-exclusive coupon in-store. Do yourself a favor by visiting this location prior to ordering online- Tyler will allow all online coupons and chances are you’ll find the items priced better in store! Thank you to the Staples staff for making this errand such a smoother experience!
