I’ve been here twice. The first time when I asked about products and the differences, he had no idea what difference were but price. Wasn’t impressed. The second time I went I again I asked what the difference was and he had no idea, not even price. I bought one thing and it was defective. I called and complained and he first told me he didn’t sell any today, like I was lying. Then after checking he only would offer me a discount on the next one I buy. No thanks!!! They are jokes.

Purchased 2 breez plus, got home the 1st one didn't work, the 2nd one did. Went back to them they said unfortunately it's a manufacturer issue and I can't do anything about it, I can give you one for 8 dollars.Am I supposed to be responsible for manufacturer issues? Anyways I will not be returning

I’ve been coming for years to this shop never had a problem except for one specific employee named Abe every time I go in the shop he has such a horrible attitude doesn’t make your cups right and complains if you say anything he doesn’t likeI’ve stayed loyal to the shop for years but would never step foot again with the type of disrespect he pulled off today it’s such a shame to have such a horrible employee runoff such a loyal customer..
