This local Collision Shop was AMAZING!!! Paul had great customer service. They worked great with my insurance company. My truck was done within 30 days when everyone else said 3-4 months. My truck was fixed properly and was clean when I picked it up.Services: Body & Trim

Super nice guys, did not try and talk down to me.Lifetime warranty on their work is comforting.Paint they laid out was better than the dealership.They vacuumed out the vehicle before returning it.All around good experience.

Went to Gerber Collision & Glass first and was told it would be 8 days before they could even schedule an appointment to get an estimate. Then I remembered I had used Schrader Collision previously and they had done a great job for me before. Went the same day and Schrader Collision was able to give me an estimate right then and there. I scheduled an appointment to have them repair my car and once again they were awesome to deal with. Car looks great and done before promised!! I am only disappointed in myself for not thinking of them first.

After almost 3 weeks and 4 visits my truck was finally finished to look the way it did before the accident. The first 3 attempts to pick up my truck were like a nightmare. They missed scuffs on the running boards, scratches left on the paint, and last attempt to pick up there was damage that did not exist when I brought it in. After they finally did restore it to its original condition, they were so kind to leave a very strong smell of paint thinner inside the truck that lasted for 2 weeks, and I noticed a couple intentional gouges in the paint in inconspicuous areas like the inside drivers door and on the bed of the truck. I wish I could have had the same great experience everyone else has left reviews on but unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The manager also was very difficult and had an attitude that progressed very badly when I pointed out things that were missed. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I would definitely recommend Schrader Collision. I've had to use them far too often the last few years, but the quality of their work and service has ALWAYS been top notch! Hopefully I won't need their services again anytime soon, but it's good to know they will be there if I do.

They do great work. They fixed a bad but deep scratch on my passenger door.When I got it back the deep scratches on my door was gone.I recommend their services if you want auto body repair on your car.

They told us the body repair would take 4 days. Got a call 12 days later said truck was ready. Looked over damaged area and they missed several obvious areas like scuffs on the running board. Ok he said will be ready the next day. Got a call 5 days later. Took another look and there were spots that appeared over worked as if primer was showing through on the bottom of the door. Manager said again it'll get fixed and be ready the next day. So for a 3rd trip back to inspect and the old spot was fixed but there was new areas where you could see the primer on the middle of the door showing. When I pointed this out the manager threw a tantrum like a 12 year old little boy making it sound like I was nitpicking. Please look at the photo and tell me if that was nitpicking. If I were a business owner I would be embarrassed to deliver such poor work to my customer, and then make me feel like I did something wrong.

Awesome work.They worked with Progressive even though they are not on the preferred list. Car was washed, clean inside and out. They even touched up the paint where someone shot a bb at my rear driver's door.Paul knows his stuff and is willing to answer questions and explain things. They will definitely communicate with you as to what's going. Definitely make you feel like a person instead of just a check.
