When I saw all the negative reviews I thought that am not in a good place I slept there overnight not had a good sleep because I was worried about what will happen tomorrow when I check in but definitely I saw a different 20 minutes out white lady with a white hair in receiving office absolutely hard working lady and fast maybe they hired new people I didn’t meet what I saw reviews thanks guys keep hard working

This is the worst place to deliever , try to avoid this place , all workers here has an attitude , 3 hours after my appointment time still waiting to unload 10 skids , this place is trash .

The manager is very rude they need to place better people in management the other employees were nice but over all it was ghetto

Lazy workers , the manager is worst than the employees he doesn’t nothing . He very rude like some of the workers I spend almost 7k a month at this location yet always terrible costumer service if I ask for help u just wait and wait and keeep waiting till you pass away

The meat department sucks. The worst meat department out of all restaurant depots. The vegetable department is spot on.

Restaurant depot as a whole company is great! But this Dearborn location definitely needs better management , more employees and more equipped staff. I know for sure this is one of their busiest locations, so they need to pay more attention to this location

Rico in meat department was the best dude here he went thru 7-8 different pallets just to find what I need and price was so good I got them all top notch customer service and patience

I absolutely despise coming here. Takes forever to get unloaded. They will put you in the door hours past your appointment time. The employees have a lackadaisical attitude towards work. I've seen employees on their phones and just talking. The dock is way to small for the amount of trucks they schedule. They either need to extend the receiving time or lighten the daily truck load. There from 9:30am to 3pm for only 500 cases. This is a hard pass next time.
