Excellent customer service! They helped sort out an issue I had with my account and they all staff were extremely kind and helpful, and especially Howraa (Branch assistant manager) was super helpful in going the extra mile to help me resolve a big issue with my account. 10/10 experience

Was having the hardest time today. One pnc bank was horrible experience. BUT HERE!!!!!!!! I felt really cared for! They waited patiently on me and didn't let it get worse. They exhausted every option to help me and make things possible working 2 jobs and nursing school! I left there feeling relieved and options. I would definitely make this your branch They have such nice caring people working there and cover all your bases. ❤ thank you so much. I hope to repay your kindness back to you!

Great customer service. Employees who genuinely care which is hard to find these days. Helped to resolve a banking issue for me. From the teller to the branch manager, very nice people. Very pleased with the service they provided me.

Great branch. I utilize multiple PNC branches across the country as I travel and this is always the branch I head to when in the Dearborn area. I never have any issues with the customer service, the lines or anything.
