Brian and the team are great guys. Gave me a bottle of water and $5 off just bc it was my first time.. took about 15 minutes and that was with an accident on outer drive where a car flipped over! Highly recommend, will be back!

Thanks to these guys they helped me with my car oil filter cap being shot they changed my cap and filled the car back up with oil with no Hassel.They got me back on the road in just a few minutes

I recently visited The Oil Exchange West Dearborn for an oil change, expecting to get my oil swapped out since the sticker from my previous service at Valvoline indicated it was time. However, the team here went above and beyond in terms of honesty and customer care. They checked my oil first and, to my surprise, informed me that I still had about 50% oil life left. They could have easily gone ahead and charged me for a full oil change, but instead, they were transparent and suggested that I could wait a bit longer before needing the service.
This level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated! It’s refreshing to find a business that prioritizes customer trust over making a quick profit. I will definitely be returning here for future services and highly recommend The Oil Exchange West Dearborn to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto service center. Thank you for the great experience!

Bunch of crackheads n miserable people with attitudes work here, stay far away. They installed a oil filter incorrectly on one of my vehicles and snapped the oil plug on my new silverado 2500hd the manager/owner is a joke n nothing like the previous owner

I asked for synthetic in my motor. They put regular oil in. I went the there multiple times. Hopefully no permanent damage occurred because of this.

Was in from out of town and needed a trustworthy and quick place for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I was able to get in with no wait and the guys working were very friendly and communicated what they were doing well. Price was reasonable as well. Didn’t rip you off. Would recommend!
