Very simple and convenient. Didn't need to go inside the store. The lockers were in the entryway. Very happy with the ease of use!”

“This past week I ordered a flower arrangement for my aunt’s funeral - she was 102 years young. I always call and talk to a person directly at the flower shop but get my ideas from the website before calling. The guy taking the order was very nice and took my order correctly. The flowers arrived on time the next day as promised in Dearborn Michigan. They were beautifully done and with the exact colors I had asked for. The arrangement was huge in size and exceeded my expectations! Many at the funeral home were asking where I purchased them from. I also purchased flowers and a plant basket about two years ago for my aunt’s 100th birthday which were also perfect. Thank You Flowers by Renee for making up an awesome bouquet of flowers!!”

We asked a worker and he was most helpful in not only walking us through where the fencing was, to assisting us with what type of fence to purchase. Mundo (24 year old veteran) was exceptional at answering our questions and also assisted us with check-out and loading the fencing into our car. It's workers like this that need to be promoted and praised for their willingness to help customers and go out of their way to make sure assistance is given.”
“I went here to pick up some supplies for a local property. The place sits near fairlane mall and I found out the traffic can be kind of heavy at times. It was very busy. There are many stores around this location so it can be tough to find. Once i arrived in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed some help. This was really surprising and helpful. Some of these big box stores typically do not ask you if you need help. They were very helpful and pointed me to the right direction for various items. The same service guide that asked me in the first place also asked if I found everything. Great customer service and a breath of fresh air. This trip was a great experience and was a welcome visit.”
