Terribly busy, difficult entry and exit, counter people can be downright rude and out of line or okay, I have had pay at the pump problems, location can cause back up problems on Michigan Ave and on Mason, and the waits can erase any savings in time and fuel burned waiting.

I pump gas here at least once a week for the past 6 years. Today i over paid and was due $.60 back. I went in for the change and the clerk was very rude. Screamed something along the lines of FAISHA, FAISHAU, FUAISHAU. Whatever the term he said I asked him to repeat it and what it meant. He was embarrassed and put his head down. He didn't expect me to ask him what he said so he told me it meant King. I shook my head and disgust as I told him no and left. I called the store when I got to my destination and spoke to someone who claimed his name was Joe. He refused to give me a corporate number and said to find it on google. Horrible service!

This is typically the cheapest gas in the area. The only issue is that you often have to wait and it is quite chaotic since cars come in from both Michigan Ave and Mason. It isn't uncommon to have to back out to leave or to get to a pump.

These people are scam artist. They charge your card without your authorization. Please report them to the state. They are not allowed by law to authorize your card by 100.00 only 1.00. They only do this to people of color.

I came to buy two packs of cigarettes today, and there is a discount for buying two packs, but the attitude of the waiter was very bad, I gave him my ID, my phone number, the first acquaintance came in and said it was useless, and he would not sell it to me, The tone is also very rude, and it’s okay to enter the phone number for the second time. After I paid, he then directly threw the cigarettes to me at the counter in a very rude manner, and they all fell to the ground. I apologize. I loved the previous waiters, today's two are so bad, I hate it, don't know how they treat other people ????

I have gone in here a few times and it was pleasent. The staff was helpful and they offer cash back when you pay with your debit card. Lately I have wanted to stop for gas at least 10 times in the past few weeks because their prices are the lowest but the lines are insane and are frequently spilling into traffic. I finally stopped the other day and figured out why the lines are insane. It is because their pumps are extremely slow. It usually takes maybe 3 minutes to fill a gas tank. Here it took more like 7-9 minutes. Or what felt like forever after having waited in line in the side street for at least 10 minutes. All the while watching other cars and wondering "what is taking them so long to fill up their tank?", well I now know the answer to that question. I will probably stop if there is no line but I won't be waiting in the line any more. At least not until their pumps are fixed or readjusted to dispense a normal flow instead of the trickle you usually get when reaching the end of your prepaid money.
