Many employees are super helpful, super nice, kind, and exceptional, making visits pleasant. The register lines can run smoothly and quickly. However, some staff members, including a manager, have been described as having a bad attitude and being rude, which negatively impacts the experience for some customers. While the store itself is well-regarded for its organization and selection, inconsistent customer service is a noted concern.
Nice Marshall's. Peak seasons are usually low inventory as it goes quickly.

This location used to have an issue with long lines. Seems to me the last few times I've been there that they have the registers staffed and help available if the line gets backed up. The workers do a good job of keeping the store tidy which is difficult to do given the volume of shoppers. Kudos
