We had our wedding reception at Lovett Hall and it was truly magical. The venue itself is stunning & The Henry Ford staff is superb. From start to finish the staff was incredibly professional, friendly and timely in their communication when it came to planning the event, and on the day of the reception itself the venue's service was amazing. I would highly recommend Lovett Hall as a venue.

Lovett Hall is such an incredible space! I love photographing weddings here. There are so many great locations in and around the Venue. Lovett Hall is such a beautiful timeless space, it's a photographers playground! Then you have one of the best museums in the world just feet away to get creative in too. The staff are also really attentive and go out of their way to help. It's also ideally located if you want to do pictures in Detroit. I look forward to the next time I work there!

My wife and I attended a wedding here in September. The wedding ceremony took place outside and then they had a cocktail hour on the first floor of the hall. After the cocktail hour was over, the reception was held upstairs. The hall was beautifully decorated and even the outside was decorated. The food was really good and the bar during the cocktail hour and during the reception was great. All the staff at this place were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this place for a wedding. There is plenty of parking right next to the hall.

The school I work at had their junior/senior prom at Lovett Hall. They were so polite, friendly, and helpful. It was decorated beautifully and perfect for our Roaring 20's theme. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Was so excited to attend an event here after my aunt told me her prom had been held here in 1953. Sadly, I don't think they've made any updates since. Ancient chairs, ratty napkins, lights burned out on the chandeliers. Bathrooms clean, but certainly antique. Is this part of the museum experience? Service? Food? Well, salads consisted of 7 tiny leaves with a cut of tomato and cucumber. Apparently, they were already dressed with a swipe of white vinager. My rare filet was cold and well done. The potato wedge was gorgeous and ice cold as well. Perhaps the toasts went on too long, They wouldn't start serving until toasts were done. Bread... lovely. No butter. Honestly, couldn't wait to get to McDonald's after. Very sad service. Poor girl couldn't seem to grasp anyone's requests. Maybe better for small events. I'd never dare book here. I think they're very expensive as well, but not worth the price.
