Our price increase was nearly a 30% jump and it was with no notice or phone call we found out. My mother sent and email and I have called to get a resolution and after a month you guys had no follow up in place and when expressed we are leaving we were told they had no records of the communications from us, talk about a a terrible client experience...

LeAndra and her team are amazing and always exceeding our expectations! Always a quick turn around on any request we have. We have 4 vehicles, a pontoon and a jet ski through them and never had an issue with any business done with the team at Champnella!

You really need to rescind your facebook post. Your office does NOT respond to phone calls or email. We have been loyal customers for 35 years and when we finally need your help, you and your team (Kyle) are nowhere to be found. We have called, left messages, emails and even talked to your secretary to tried to help get ahold of someone. I am still without floors, walls and a house turned upside down since mid November. I have a contractor ready to go, but they can not get a response from your office either. Should I or anyone else be treated this way??? Doesn't look like I am in "good hands with Allstate"

I’ve been a customer with the LeAndra Champnella since 2013 for my home insurance and some of the time for my Auto Insurance. They used have good customer service back then. However, now they are the worst Allstate office. I signed up with them for my auto insurance on August 26, 2020 and paid premium in full. Four days later I got billed $264. I called them and asked why, and the main agent Amanda who works there and answers most of the calls said that I missed submitting the document which I did submit and requested that she take a closer look. She verified that it was there and promised me that I will get a full refund within few days. Long story short it has been 6 months and I never received anything and I started incurring late fees since she told me not to pay the balance until it’s fixed, and they deducted that amount through the Easy pay she setup. I was following up with her and every time I call, Amanda tells me that they are waiting on the underwriters to approve refund. I called over 15 times through the past 6 month and every time she tells me the same story except she started telling me that she will fix it manually which never happened. On top of all that she never calls back. I guess to try to avoid solving my issue, on four occasions Amanda told me that she’s helping another customer and that she would call me back by the end of the day which she never does.
