What can I say everything about this place is amazing I swear to god on everything I love they helped me get exactly what I wanted plus more especially when my request was last minute. the customer service was amazing and I will be back and get more flowers for sure. The sunflowers I received were absolutely beautiful! The delivery was spot on, right on time as expected. Communication was top-notch; they even checked in beforehand to make sure everything was perfect. Truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a fantastic floral experience. Would definitely purchase again!

I ordered a bouquet from this shop, and the quality was absolutely atrocious. The expectations were set high, especially after the lady at the front desk assured me, "We can do it." However, when I picked up the bouquet, it looked cheap despite the exorbitant price. To make matters worse, the flowers appeared to be two days old and were falling apart not even an hour after I had them.
The customer service was horrendous. The staff was rude and dismissive when I expressed my concerns, showing no interest in resolving the issue. It's clear they know exactly what they're doing and are blatantly scamming customers with their outrageously high prices for such disgustingly low quality.
I provided a specific picture of what I wanted, and they confidently claimed they could replicate it. What I received was a far cry from the picture—nothing but a poorly arranged mess that looked like it was thrown together by an amateur.
Avoid this place at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, combined with their deceptive practices and terrible quality, makes this shop one to steer clear of. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and takes pride in its work.

I love to make custom bouquets when visiting friends or family - Mira helped me create a beautiful bouquet and was extremely sweet I always come here for all of my floral needs! They have a great variety of all of the flowers you can think of, and if they don’t have it in stock you can place an order! 11/10 service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
