I was told that I needed a new key and I had to pay for a key plus I had to pay for programming. They were not able to program the key and they still insisted on charging me for "trying 5 times to program the key". I will never ever buy a Volkswagen or ever come back to this dealership. Plus I had to pay again to have the car towed out immediately before I began incurring storage fees. $500 gone to the garbage. If you want people to love the brand and to stick with the brand, you don't treat them like a quick buck. We're in 2024 and if you're not thinking long term you won't be around in the long term to see it. I wish I would have read the reviews before going here!

These are not honest people here would not recommend taking your car here for service. Misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me for it. Highway robbery! Very sad these people get away with this!

Collin is a Great salesman!!! I would prefer him all over again. He had answers to every question/concerns that we had and was very professional while doing so! I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience .

It was an overall pleasant experience ?? They took me home while they serviced the recall on my car. Then they picked me up to pick my car up! The only thing is I have to learn is how to change the time in the car????
