Some really friendly employees like John and Carmel are a delight. Horrible, rude management.

Used to be a great store – a decade ago. Much f the staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help, especially when passing by (a clerk was staring at her phone and I asked “Miss?” and was immediately prompted with “I’m not on the clock. I can’t help you.” Poor customer service, if you ask me.
