Shopping carts everywhere! The parking lot is missing an attendant that knows how to place the carts inside. Fruits and vegetables are very poor quality. The grapes are already turning into wine. This store is a total mess on a Sunday night. Deli is slower than old lady at church. Their selection is not quality but an abundance of cheap food. Management needs to be on the unemployment line. They are all incompetent and unaware of their stores needs. The check out people are rude and lacking in manners. Good luck trying to get a thank you or a greeting. The quality of the ribeyes and t-bones steaks are if very poor quality. The deli is full of miserable workers that will make you wait until they are ready. We are held hostage in Dearborn because Kroger has monopolized the entire grocery market.

Update new issue Hello Kroger us seasoned individuals are not crazy about these new " digital " coupons. In my opinion its just an attempt to get more of our personal info to load up our email with products from the companies you probably sold our info to. Just have everyday low prices, ain't nobody got time to shop online and at the store. Also it disadvantages your older customer base thst aren't comfortable or knowledgeable on such matters, or is it your desire to alienate the senior population ? Be careful what you ask for, you may find yourself with less senior clientele We spend alot of money, we can spend it somewhere else.
