Mark always explains everything thoroughly! He and his assistant, Cathy are always on the ball and willing to help. I never feel rushed.My parents also used Karcher Insurance and were very happy!

Prior to our retirement in 2015, we met with Mark to discuss and prepare for that important event. We found his presentation to be thoughtful and professional. Eight years later, having all of us going through tumultuous times, Mark and his staff have been attentive, supportive and respectful of our needs and continue to provide us with investment services we need and desire.

The agent I spoke to was so incredibly rude. His tone was demeaning and he kept speaking over me. I had to end the call because I just could not take his attitude anymore. Who would want to do business with someone like that??

If there was something that is less than one start i would have chose it. This place works very unprofessionally I went there to get a quote for my car and the old guy was so rude and he kicked me out for asking him questions about my rate. It is upsetting that there are people like these openings businesses and forget about how customer service work.

Spent over 9 minutes with them on the phone prior politely requesting a quote. His tone was demeaning and he refused to provide a quote until several days later and proceeded to speak in an unfriendly manner after I requested a quote for 1 vehicle and not all.
