It’s so disappointing that Dearborn doesn’t have a Better bike shop. Let’s talk about customer service. First Bryan is super rude. Dry. And lacks any form of customer service common sense. When they a mistake their response. Come get your bike. What do you want me to do for you. Well for starters. Call me and tell me when
1- anticipated pick up date on the bike changes
2- If the price of an item agreed upon that you had to order goes up two or three times I think you should ask the customer first.
3- Apologize about your lack of miscommunication and don’t blame other workers there. Take responsibility blaming other employees is the worst type of customer service
Shame on you. You’re ruining the business Jack once built here

Liars. Will tell you one thing then do something else. They told me $10 each for new tube's. They conveniently forgot to say that they will charge another 20 bucks for labor on top. They even admitted to not telling me. They wouldn't do anything about it. Liars Liars Liars.

I took in a used 3-wheeler to have it looked over. Very helpful and made adjustments to fit my niece at no charge. I would send anyone to them. They also sell bikes.

Michigan roads have shredded my back tire on my ebike, Sailnovo. Jack's got my tire fixed same day. They even adjusted my hand brakes and showed me how to do it next time.

Employees Matt and Brian are old school. They explain and work with you. I've taken my electric bikes and a bike I bought from a different bike shop, and they've fixed it within a day with a reasonable price. Thank you, gentlemen!

The last few times i have been in here it has been "interesting"All the old guys that work there love talking down to you and sit and explain things like you're 5 years old. I regrettably bought a bike from them this spring. The younger-ish guy who ultimately sold it to me was actually cool, talked to me and even offered to take the bottom bracket out for me. He is singlehandedly is the only positive experience I have had in the last 10 years at this place. Everyone else that works here hates ebikes and think they are a plague. I simply came in to get a new chain, guy asks me what bike i have, i tell him and then some other guy working on another bike randomly starts asking me questions and starts getting very specific. Then once he realized it was on a ebike it was an ebike he really got worked up. Like I said, explaining how chains work to me like I'm a toddler. I literally just got done rebuilding the top end of my dirtbike days before and just simply need a chain to enjoy my bike. This guy legitimately was lecturing me about chains and ebikes for a solid 5 minutes. He told me the teeth on my sprocket were probably destroyed, they are not. They handed me a $26 chain and I thought, do I really want to give these guys money? No. So I told them I'll go back home and make sure I come back with the right info. (ON THE BIKE I BOUGHT THERE) I went home, called up my favorite bike shop up in CA, told the guy the bike I have, the motor I have and he told me what to get. I ordered it on his website drama free and it's actually a good chain. I got that bike at Jacks because I do like supporting small businesses and the 73 world tour I ride has a jacks sticker from when my grandfather bought it. I thought that was cool seeing that sticker there my whole life up until these last few years. It's funny because the brand new sticker they put on my brand new bike instantly came off within the first day and now its just a white square. Avoid this place at all costs, they do not deserve your money. I would drive 50 miles to another store before going here for anything.
