“I want to start off by say that I really wish I had to thought to ask the name of the young lady who helped me today, she was absolutely amazing! I went in for an upgrade, as I have done many times before, and what has always been a simple and smooth transition to a new device turned into one of the most complicated events I have ever had to deal with. Her and her coworker never gave up tho! To be honest with what I heard them tell their side of TMobile support had to have beyond frustrating. I know the determined and empathetic employee who helped me deal with this challengingordeal was an extremely polite younger Middle Eastern woman. (She had a test at school that she needed to be at right after she finally was able to get my new phone working. I hope she passed it with flying colors) I am a customer service manager myself and I usually try to drop my personal standards when I deal with other customer service representatives because in 2024 good and honest customer service is hard to find. I also want to mention that Jamal the store manager was extremely helpful. All in all I know they were as frustrated with TMobile's network as I was but they never showed it! Please make sure that this review gets forwarded to their store's email. Both of the employees I mentioned above are troopers. They turned what could have been a very different review into a 5 star one!”

“Aa anyone who's dealt with Comcast/Xfinity customer service knows, it can be quite a frustrating experience. My company recently switched our business cellular service from Tmobile to Comcast Business Mobile. My phone, a Galaxy S10, had instant and persistent issues, including no access to mobile data. Meaning no ability to use internet or apps that need internet. So, I went to this store to buy a new phone. They didn't have either of the 2 phones in stock that I wanted. However, the customer rep that was helping me, Veronica M., reached out to her counterparts at other locations to see if they had them. While we were waiting on a response from them, she tried to get my mobile data access working. She helped/worked with me for over a half hour. In the end, my mobile data access did start working, it just took an hour for it to activate. Veronica is a A+++ customer service rep. She was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about my issues. She definitely went above and beyond. Veronica is the type of person you hope to get when you need help, but rarely do. If I were a top muckity muck at Comcast/Xfinity, I'd get her into an upper level position, immediately.”
