“I want to start off by say that I really wish I had to thought to ask the name of the young lady who helped me today, she was absolutely amazing! I went in for an upgrade, as I have done many times before, and what has always been a simple and smooth transition to a new device turned into one of the most complicated events I have ever had to deal with. Her and her coworker never gave up tho! To be honest with what I heard them tell their side of TMobile support had to have beyond frustrating. I know the determined and empathetic employee who helped me deal with this challengingordeal was an extremely polite younger Middle Eastern woman. (She had a test at school that she needed to be at right after she finally was able to get my new phone working. I hope she passed it with flying colors) I am a customer service manager myself and I usually try to drop my personal standards when I deal with other customer service representatives because in 2024 good and honest customer service is hard to find. I also want to mention that Jamal the store manager was extremely helpful. All in all I know they were as frustrated with TMobile's network as I was but they never showed it! Please make sure that this review gets forwarded to their store's email. Both of the employees I mentioned above are troopers. They turned what could have been a very different review into a 5 star one!”

“Was in today to return a device and the customer service was excellent. I didn’t catch the man’s name I was working with when I first arrived, but the customer service lady that checked our order out her name is Aliyah like the singer from Detroit Aliyah. I thought that was so cool she had that name!! Thank you guys! Also this store is very clean and nice!”
