Hello Michigan , it's a sad day in the history of Huntington bank it's a sad day in the history of banking; I never had to deal with this bank before but this time at this branch however briefly I do not wich to deal with them ever again.The American golden standards , courtesy , well manners , and bank tellers that knew and did their job to the customers satisfaction they failed all that and I was there for only 15 minutes cashing a small amount check that was supposed to take only five minutes so yes they are slow and I'll mannered . Huntington should hold up to the American standards pushing forward not pulling backward.In God we trust and God bless bank of America.

This branch is located on Oakman in Dearborn MI. Stay away from this brace. I deposited a check and a hold was put on it. I submitted the requested paperwork and still after a week and a half no resolution and no promised call back from the branch manager. I called customer service and they said that the branch manager has to deposit the funds. NO help. Go to another bank and save yourself some headaches. They just don’t care and their customers or your hard earned money. Take your business elsewhere.

Worst customer service and always understaffed, they still work with appointments even tho when you call they tell you walk in is available. Other banks don't have appointments and more organized.
