The only downside was that I just found out today there is am option, you can return the key after hours by dropping it in the express box.

Alexis was amazing, she was fast, helpful after the experience I had with 2 Enterprise employees and offices wasting 4 hours of my time. After having a nightmare 4 hour offices with two Lyft rides dealing with employees at Enterprise I finally got some helpful service and truth telling about having a car. Alexis was cheerful and helpful, along with fast. She got me in a nice ride for a fair price. I would recommend Hertz and Alexis anytime.
