Where do I begin? Since my poor innocent long haired Persian kitten came home she has not been the same. Her whiskers have been chopped off and she has been peeing on my carpets. She is disoriented and he trimmed her nails, and he gave her an infection which I am currently putting Neosporin on. He chopped off her whiskers for no reason. I think it was to subdue her and make his grooming easier. I am devastated

I’ve taken my fur baby to this shop several times & this is most definitely my last! My husband & I specifically told Paul the dog groomer to only shave her ears down & shape her face. To only trim her body hair. We repeated this before we left. She went looking like a ball of fur & came out looking like a Chihuahua My type of dog is supposed to have fluffy hair & he had the audacity to ask for a tip! The tip is to listen to your customers. Just because you’ve been doing this for years (his words) doesn’t mean you know what you’re doing! I’m sadly disappointed!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I will never use this business again. We dropped our cat off around 11:30am today for grooming. We received a call that he was ready around 2:45pm. On our way to pick our cat up, we received another call that the owner had to leave for a doctor's appt. We were never told that originally. The owner said he would be back at 5:00, and we needed to be there to pick up our cat. The business closes at 6:00pm, and the owner is nowhere to be found OR contacted. How do you not return knowing a client's animal is still in the building??!!! We have called Dearborn Police, and thank god they're going to get us in the building. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. This is our third time coming here (only because it's one of the only places that will groom cats) and each time has gotten progressively worse. The owner spouts his political crap the entire time you're there and today they were smoking IN THE BUILDING WITH THE ANIMALS. This place needs to be shut down.

Brought my cat in for a nail trim and this is what we got. Worst hair cut I’ve ever seen. Didnt ask for a make over and don’t see the point in shaving his hair all the way down. This is horrible and I do not recommend this dirty place.

This guy shaved my cat (domestic long hair/Maine Coone mix) down even though my brother only took him in for grooming and bathing and SPECIFICALLY requested not to shave him down. I don’t understand why he would have to shave him down completely just to take out a small chest matt which I had already removed most of prior to taking him in. Any place that knew what they were doing would have just removed the matt. There was no reason whatsoever for him to shave him down. His coat is gone and he now looks like a short haired homeless cat. If this was the last place open in Dearborn, I would never bring my cat back here. This was my first and last time coming here. Do not waste your money bringing your pets here. This place has no business being open.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would do it in a heart beat. Took my long-haired cat in for a light trim on his chest and he came out looking like the alien from ET. They shaved him down from head to tail. Genuinely the worst trim I have ever seen in my life that was more uneven than I could comprehend. Don’t know if the owners are that careless or if they don’t understand what a light trim is.

My cat nunu is a cat that hates to get cleaned. We had been taking her since we got her. A great groomer Paul had squeezed us in his schedule. With his great help he made Nunu a model cat!! Well bring her back when she’s fluffy. Also her gave her cute pet bandanna!!5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always take my dog to get her nails cut and groomed at this place ,people who work there are so passionate about their jobs and really love what they doing . I trust them with my dog and they are not that pricey comparing to other places . Also the owner is so generous he didn’t even charge me for Oreo’s nail cut and hair accessories. Best place ever . I recommend them .

This place needs to be shut down . IMMEDIATELY . Unprofessional and will skin your dog bald after you tell them not to . My dog is unrecognizable and came home not acting like hisself . Don’t take your pets here .

TRAUMATIC - I am beyond terrified by the experience that my cat endured while getting serviced. I witnessed the groomer pull my cats tail, pin her down, and hold her (an adult cat) but the back of the neck - if you know anything about cats is a big no. I can only imagine what she went through when I wasn't there. Similarly to the dozens of reviews left under this business, my cat has an extremely uneven cut. A 2 year old could've cut better. But that's not even the problem. I have an issue with her whiskers and inner ear fur being cut!!!!!! YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CUT EITHER! I don't know how a groomer doesn't know this. I will not be brining her back here. This was by far the worst experience I have had with my pet. I would like yo add that the groomer was friendly, but I do not trust him with my cat.

IMPORTANT READ!!!! Where do i even start? Don't let this man fool you!!! I thought he was very kind and he put on a "love" act with my cat when i came to pick him up. He abuses animals! I took my cat to him a few times, not only is his work horrible but he TRAUMATISED MY CAT! I went to a different groomer thinking that everything was going to be fine and telling them my cat is always calm. They call me back telling me they can't groom my cat because he is extremely frightened. They asked me where i was taking my cat and when they heard the name of this place they all knew the problem! They told me this man abuses animals and reportedly had tied cats to the table in order to shave them down. Not to mention the place is extremely FILTHY. There is fur and poop stains everywhere! THIS MAN HAS EVEN KILLED HIS CLIENTS PETS! He also keeps large animals in super small cages. Not to mention he is extremely unprofessional and doesn't even keep track of your appointment or have you waiting hours more than you initially were supposed to wait. Instead of knowing about your appointment he asks you if you made one or not. Not only that, the groomer I'm now going to explained to me that she has gotten more than two dozen cats come from him and they all had the same responses! Now i have to get my cat treated for his trauma!! I SHARED MY STORY, THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE NEAR ME WHO HAVE A SIMILIAR STORY! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
