I bought a washer machine and they gave me warranty for 1 year 6 month after i purchased the washer machine its broken so i call to get a service im still under warranty they said we will send you the manufacture phone number they can assist you we not responsible!!!!

I bought a refrigerator from Happy's on June 20 it was suppose to be delivered on the 21 I took off work so that I could receive my deliver which they said between 12 & 4 they never showed up and when I reached out to the deliver people they gave me the run around all day when I finally got a hold of someone they told me between 7 & 9 pm and they never showed up I didn't hear anything from them until I started texting them that I'm going to call happys and report how dissatisfied with their services and how they lied to me all day the I get a call 10 at night talking about can we deliver your refigerator now so we let them and they left the old one sitting in the kitchen and was suppose to come move it the next day and I never heard from them Happys deliver service is terrible and not reliable and might be that their lazy and you cannot count on them to deliver your merchandise on time. If you do buy something from Happys make sure you take someone with you that can move your merchandise in a timely manner do not rely on their deliver service cause you just might not get it.

‼️If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a refrigerator 2 years ago and was promised replacement doors. I still have NOT received them and every time I call I get the run around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY‼️

Soooo, the other day I was minding my business and needed to stop at Walmart in Dearborn to pick up a few items needed. The holiday shopping season is in full effect, so the parking lot was on jam and there was literally no spots close to the door of Walmart, so I had to park down near Happys Appliance. I had no intentions on going into Happys until I walked by and thought it wouldn’t hurt to go inside and look around because I needed a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer, but I wasn’t actively looking for these items. I went in and I was surprised at the huge selection. I must admit upon arrival, I saw a couple of employees sitting at the desk talking and didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. I had did a full tour of the store before someone asked “if they could help me with something” the young guy with a beautiful smile introduced his self as Bear ? I am a very indecisive person, so in my mind I knew how this was gonna go. I continued to walk around looking at items that Mr. Bear suggested after asking “what I was looking for and liked” I’m a Samsung girl and saw a couple of fridges and a stove I liked. I ended up leaving and didn’t purchase anything. I returned two days later because I had another Walmart trip and convinced myself these items (fridge, stove, washer, and dryer) would be a good birthday gift to myself and addition to my home. Long story real short, I ended up getting all the items, I needed and I’m happy. Thank you so much, I appreciate everything.
