I paid $50 for two-day shipping and the package that I sent was delivered after a whole week. I call to see why is it taking more than 2 days and the person who answers the phone, blames it on his co-worker. Which is unprofessional. I'm very disappointed at this business.

I called to get a quote for shipping a parcel over seasThe guy that answered the call did his best to give me an estimate and it was acurateHe was very courteous and respectfulhe was trying to help me so I guess it worked out at the end but I wish there was another way to get a quoteThe online website doesn’t give you options to add a specific weightI ended up going to a dhl branch to get help

They are not a authorized DHL DealerAnd they are charging a drop off fee even when you have pre paid label which they say it’s from the DHL company which is a lie don’t do business with them they are ripping people off
