So much fun especially in the evening at Christmas! However, it is a great destination any time of year. Very informative, watch skilled craftsmen work, Model T car rides, art exhibits, food, a large train display and much more.

Huge selection of village themed items, interesting items, things made in the shops for sale. The displays are the best and the employees are incredible! Their customer service rivals Disney employees IMO!

If you enjoyed your time touring around Greenfield Village, I would highly recommend that you stop at the gift shop on your way out. This place holds so many good gifts for all ages and is definitely work a quick stop! There were so many items I was interested in getting, and I found especially they their custom-made yearly ceramic plates that they can then put your names on was a super cute item that can serve as a great gift idea or for your own family. They also have yearly glassblown (at Greenfield Village itself, of course) candy cane ornaments that you can purchase as well to hang on your tree at Christmastime! When I was visiting all the art houses around the village, I saw them making some really cute items that day like ceramic mugs and glass vases, in very aesthetically pleasing styles to my personal tastes and was very hopeful that they would be available in the shop that day. Sadly, when I got to the gift shop, nothing of the sort was there, which was a bit of a bummer. But I understand I was probably just being a bit impatient and that perhaps these items would've come to the gift shop later that week or the following week. But because Greenfield is quite the drive away, I sadly wouldn't be able to come back so soon in the hopes that the items would be available at a later date. Oh well! Perhaps the next time I'm here, there'll be some of these options available to me in the gift shop, because they were truly beautiful, would be a great addition to my house, and I'm still thinking about them to this day!!

I can't believe they are talking about the GIFT SHOP and not the actual Greenville Village!! But... this is a really cool gift-shop and has cool items, slightly high prices tho. Also pro tip for Greenville Village they sometimes give out FREE hot chocolate during winter, it's made with water tho because it would be to expensive to give out free hot chocolate with milk.

Pretty cool stuff. Good selection of your typical tourist kitsch and some genuinely cool stuff. A little pricey like any gift shop will be. But aggressively bad like a zoo or something.

Hallowe'in at Greenfield village was differently worth the price of admission. My daughter and I went with 2 year old Lincoln. It was kid friendly and fun. Anyone going with little ones take a wagon, stroller it takes a 1-1/2 to 2 hrs to walk through. A good time had by all.

Although I have been here several I always learn something new. A great place for all ages. Riding in a model-t around the village is so much fun. The 106 year carousel is beautiful! Lots and lots to do for all. Take a round around on a train.

We enjoyed the entire day at Greenfield Village. We have been here several times when we lived in Michigan. We have taken the train and walked through the streets and buildings in the village. It is amazing that so many historic buildings, including the appropriate period furniture and equipment were moved to this location to form the village. We enjoyed the glass blowing and pottery making demonstrations. We also liked the tin shop. We also found the Thomas Edison laboratory to be very interesting. A retired relative in our family, before he died, worked here as a tour guide for several years, well into his 70s. He said that he thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people every day who were visiting the village. We can see why he enjoyed his job at the village after every visit here. I would recommend that you visit this place at least once in your lifetime. The village store has a variety of souvenirs to help you remember your exciting experience.

Love this place! I bought some earrings and a few t-shirts during my visit and receive compliments on them every time I wear them. The tees are very comfy and wear fantastically- I have sensitivity issues from a neurological issue and the shirts don’t set off my nerves, which is beyond amazing!
