The clothing prices are OK but the household goods are WAY overpriced.
Apparently the minimum price is $2.99 (according to employees)....even on Dollartree items, used coffee mugs and school supplies. I picked-up NUMEROUS items on my last visit and put them all back....except for ONE item.... because of the absurd prices. BTW ...I've been thrifting my whole life and have even been a thrift store employee so I'm aware of what fair and resonable pricing should be.

I went to a Goodwill store located on Michigan Avenue Dearborn, I bought some shoes yesterday, Friday 17/24, which they never told me that if I bought them I couldn't exchange them when I got home to measure them, because I had only tried them on. I saw that one was broken, so I returned to the store the next day and the manager of that store was very rude to me and asked me to never return to that store again. I never disrespected her, which is unfair to me until I looked at the receipt. It said that you can't exchange things other than clothes, but they never told me that until I read it in small letters on the receipt, but I think that the manager who is there should not be there, she is very rude and has no right to tell the Costumers not to return to that store

Maria needs to quit working here ! First hir attitude, second she rounded up and donated my money without even asking me !! I’ve been shopping and donating here for long time but this is the last time, I’m not coming to this store again because of her!

Love shopping here, but an employee and a customer called me a devil worshiper behind my back for buying a ouji board. I don't appreciate people making rude assumptions based on a product they sell. I would expect staff to be professional.

This store is beautiful, but the cashier is so rude and has very bad attitude, she's black American, I'm not trying to be prejudiced. A lot of these black Americans are so nice and treat everyone friendly.

Terrible experience! The lady let a guy pick a tag off the floor and rang him out for a suitcase that was 4.00 and my daughter wanted a toy without a tag and she said she couldn’t help but let someone pick a tag up….

Items were extremely overpriced. Kids ugg boots for $50! Most shoes were $20-$30. Used goods that they got for free… blows my mind. And nothing was organized. Sizes are mixed everywhere and it’s difficult to find stuff. Hard goods had mixed prices. Some items were reasonably priced and others were more expensive than you can even buy in a store brand new. They need to figure out their pricing system.

Hours on sign and website state that they take drop offs till six. I show up at 4pm, and they don't have room. How in the world do you turn somebody away. I have a car full of stuff and they turned me and another car away. I am the most understanding person but there's always people in need and I will just go somewhere else. They could easily take down the sign it's just rude.

This location was the cleanest thrift store I had ever been in with great deals to be had. It seems that over the past year something has happened though the place is dirty, prices have skyrocketed and the shelves are filled with stuff that probably should have gone in the dumpster. Edited to add a few more wildly over priced items

Two times now I’ve experienced very rude and disrespectful workers at this location. I’ve donated here several times and I never will come to this location again
