I love this place. I got a ring and earrings from here. One of the best places I've been. I broke my ring n they fixed it like it was never broke. There jewlery is very pretty the man's works in the repair shop is extremely awesome. Thank u my ring literally looks like I just got it off the shelf..❤️

Dishonest, takes advantage of the ignorance of their customers. Then attempts lie and cover it up. Purchased a opal bracelet from them online, found out it was fake, asked for money back, they said no we told you it was fake, didn't know I had proof they changed the items description, then they locked me out of being able to accurately review them.

I went there to have my diamond tennis bracelet repaired a safety chain that have previously been repaired . They charged me $20 to repair it worked for a week and it broke again they repaired it on the same spot where the gold had already existed The Old repair instead of them taking that's spot out and putting the links together they put it on top of the same broken spot as a repair ...and it broke again when I took it back in to be fixed they wanted for me to pay again... If you know it's going to break in the same spot that you put new gold on top of old gold or did they even put any gold on it did they just heat up the spot and put it together so it can break again because they wanted me buy a whole new safety chain literally they should not have repaired it in the first place if they could not and I knew it was going to break

They've repaired tons of jewelry for me and my family as well and helped me pick out tons of items that fit my collection perfectly. I highly recommend this jeweler.

This place does not back their jewelry and over charge for their stuff. Paid close to $300 for a necklace just to have the clasp break within a year and they want $45 to change the clasp. Tells you a lot about the products they have.
