Service here is TERRIBLE!
Seems to be a trend with several locations.
Rather pay full price and/or wait for delivery before purchasing here. Unless used item is years old, price difference is minimal.
Don't expect used items to be clean!

Was just racially profiled by some chick up here today I came in for a ps5 controller and I wanted to buy a pre owned one and I asked to see it and she told me she couldn't let me see it but if I'm a paying customer then I definitely should be able to view my product before I buy it I've never heard of a gamestop employee getting fired for showing a paying customer a controller she needs retraining or replacement all together won't be coming back anytime soon thanks for the prejudice and racial environment gamestop

Shout out to Nick ? I apologize because that may not be his name, but young black man who wore a Luigi hat and knew his stuff!
He sold us a Nintendo Switch for our son as well as peaked our interest in buying more things as he grows and as gamers ourselves. DO NOT LET GO OF HIM, let him work with all the customers. He was great.

Ordered a Quest 3 yesterday. Paid to have it delivered same day. Didn’t show up, when I called this morning customer service told me that it could take up to 24 hours. I rechecked and there is no warning or small print that a same day delivery could take 24 hours. This same day delivery is a scam and falsely advertised.
