Not that happy with experience. My boyfriend brought home these purple glitter flowers but upon looking at them I’m thankful but I’m like hmm, these look like they’re close to dying already. He even mentioned like “I should’ve just got you the other ones, I don’t like how these look that much” but he was trying to get my favorite color and he already spent 1 1/2 waiting in store on Vday to receive them. So I immediately cut them down, put them in water , because I’m like these need to some water asap!!! They look bad. It was literally to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a picture and posting the flowers cause they just were not looking good. I felt bad because I know he was trying to get what he knew I would want, and he spent $112 on some flowers that literally was a waste! I told him I would call, cause that’s unacceptable. The next couple of days they were literally falling apart and dried out all across the table. The little glitter that was on there came off. This is not my first rodeo with flowers , I very much know how to take care of flowers. So when I called and sent a pic I was told a manager would get back to me. No one has called back about the matter , and the staff basically told me the flowers looked like they were under a vent that’s why they are dried out now on day 5…… I’ve had flowers for over 2/3 weeks + , there is no heat vent near where the flowers were . Day 1 and day 5. I don’t like leaving negative reviews , but just feel like it was a complete waste of money and that’s bold. Never the case with any other flowers I get.

The pastries were amazing and the people working there were so nice. They even asked my friend to pose for some of their Valentine's stuff. It's so aesthetic, with tons of photo opportunities. They sell balloons and I even texted my bf about the flowers and how much I wanted their blue roses. I can't wait to come back and take more cute photos.

Absoutely beautiful! Gave florist free range with specifications of just color and single rose. Very happy with purchase and reasonable delivery fee!

My daughter had a snow dance to go to and we ordered a boutonnière from Flower Boutique. It consisted of one white rose, a little bit of baby's breath and a bit of ribbon. We ordered it one week in advance. It came out to be $26.50!!! What a rip off! But my daughter was super excited about it so I let the expensive cost go. When we went to pick it up they wanted us to pay again! This place is so unorganized and unbelievably expensive! I called another florist and they charge only $10 for the same boutonnière. Don't waste your money!

Gorgeous bouquets and flower arrangements and a super cute and cool new store in their new location on Telegraph Rd. Flowers are a bit on the pricey side but definitely upscale. It's a big enough space that I think they could successfully host workshops and events ( perhaps they do!).

Such a beautiful atmosphere. The inside of this store is very welcoming and warm. I love their decor. Their flowers are so beautiful and fresh as well. The workers there are super sweet as well. Even their bathroom is super cute!

Poor experience with timing. Walked in today at about 3:15PM and was quoted at least an hour and a half for the smallest box arrangement available. Didn’t have an issue, and was told I’d be contacted by phone when it was ready. I went about my day, never hearing back from them, and arrived back at the store 20 minutes after 7. Never was contacted, nor informed that contrary to the automated message with the hours of operation given when you call / apple map hours, this place closes at 7PM, not 8PM. Definitely would’ve made time to be in sooner, if informed that was necessary. Unfortunately I’m now out of a gift for tomorrow morning, with no time for a replacement. Will not be returning to or recommending this shop.

Got them as a birthday gift , pretty for a few days but didn't know what to do to keep them fresh it was a mess the green sponge thing holding the flowers was soaked and the box got soaked and damaged and they died after 4th day I was so sad I'd rather plant my own roses then get these.
