My favorite FedEx store! And SHEILA is my new favorite employee!!! She was so quick to ask me if I needed help and jumped immediately to helping me. She was so kind and sweet. There needs to be more people like her. Thanks again Sheila!!!!

Terrible location, poor quality copies broken machines and not fully staffed, long wait times, slow service. I had a one page print. Easy setup 8x11 it took them 6 tries to make one copy. Wrong settings, wrong orientation, poor quality copy and wrong file used, after telling them the correct version twice. Worker was not paying attention and distracted. Another employee had to help and made similar mistakes that the first made. Long lines as well. Stock selection was limited.

ALWAYS HAVE YOUR FEDEX DELIVERIES HELD FOR PICK UP AT FedEx Kinkos. You need to download the app. Create an account. Get tracking number and change delivery. I have never had an issue with my packages when I do it this way.
Trusting a FedEx driver with deliveries to your home is risky. Once you see PENDING on your tracking after seeing OUT FOR DELIVERY, you can bet that you won't be seeing your package any time soon...ESPECIALLY IF ITS BEEN PROCESSED AT THE OAK PARK FACILITY...
I'm not lying, I lost a PS5 and two Adidas packages to thin air. They just mysteriously disappeared. And it was crazy to see that the Adidas box was DELIVERED according to tracking notifications while I was sitting on my porch. Not holding a box from Adidas.
HEED MY WARNING...Set up account, tracking number, hold at location. People know which boxes have the goodies.

Google, Did FedEx Steal my PS5?... or FedEx Oak Park lost packages.
At any rate...This FedEx/kinkos in Dearborn is fantastic. All the folks who work here are legitimately trained and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Never had a problem once I changed my hold location.

The first thing is that their printing is very expensive + I have two shipments to New York with different dates. The first one I sent and arrived two hours later than the time they told me. The second one is still arriving on the second day, and unfortunately it has not arrived yet. I do not know about this transaction. The biggest problem is that I paid a lot of money for it to arrive early, but with Unfortunately, it is a failed company, and this is actually my last experience with you
