The tall dark skin manager up there is weird and delusional he hired a bunch of men that barely speak English and all they do is sit down and eat and the ones that do he tells them they can't come back

Wish I would have read the reviews before the first and last time going here. They broke my wife's front grill!! She went back and some tall guy said" it was like that when you came" As you can see, all the plastic snapped off. She says there is a big wheel in the middle that spins real fast. She left her number and he said he was going to do "incident report" and somebody will call today or in the morning. I found the number while reading these reviews and called, of course like the reviews said, no answer. If the truck was like that when she came, show the cameras!!! I am beyond pissed!!!

The money was withdrawn even though I informed them that the car was sold. I advise everyone not to give them the card. They will use it for a lifetime. I contacted them to cancel the card and the car, but they were refused and did not cooperate.

I strongly advise against visiting this place; my experience there was extremely disappointing.
Initially, I was enticed by an offer for $1, but to my surprise, I was charged $20 without clear explanation or prior warning, despite my attempts to cancel the membership. Efforts to resolve the issue before the end of the month were met with silence—no one responded to my calls.
When the charge of $20 was made, I immediately contacted them to cancel my membership. However, the representative I spoke with was not only rude but also refused to issue a refund. She stated that my membership could only be canceled after an additional $20 charge was applied.
This policy was never communicated to me at the outset, which I find to be misleading and unfair.
