Amazing work and attention to detail at a reasonable price.
The souls on my riding boots (motorcycle) were very worn so I took them in to have new souls put on.
They far exceeded my expectations, new souls, re dyed the boots (they were very weather beaten to where they were gray and no longer black) and even repainted the metal clips on the bottom of the boot for my rain gear to attach to.
Not often now a days to have a business exceed expectations like Factory Finish did.
Awesome place that does exceptional work.

Incredibly knowledgeable and kind helping me spend too much money on materials for my cosplay. But it will all last me a long time and things will come out far better than if I had just used my own very limited know-how

I took a pair of nubuck leather shoes for new bottoms. I asked if he could clean up the nubuck. He said he'd do his best. WOW the shoes absolutely look brand new. And, the soles are PERFECT. He even fixed the lace ends. The model of this shoe is hard to find, so the repair was important. The owner of the shoes is very happy. Additionally, I took my Coach purse there years ago. Then, was perfect too! Thank You!!
