The Customer Service is horrible. It’s too many dollars trees in this area to not have friendly Customers Service. The cashier is the last point of contact and to see this young male on the phone while ringing up customers was so disturbing. Didn’t greet no one or say anything at all. If you don’t want to deal with the public then get a different job. The management needs to have some interventions especially with the holidays coming up.

13250 Ford Rd. This store is awful. Today is Friday 11/17/23. Employees are there standing around on there phones. Doors locked you can't get in. I went at 11:00 and tried again at 11:59 still not opened. This store should be closed.
