I bought my wedding dress through Dior bridal salon. The whole team and experience was wonderful! I first went to pick out my dress alone by myself and then booked a private showing on a Sunday to have my “say yes” moment with my loved ones. I was able to customize my look and add my arm poofs. They made sure I was truly satisfied with how they looked. Everyone has been raving about my dress ever since our big day. I originally picked my dress in March of 2022. By the time we got married my dress had been sitting for 2 years (August 2024). Thank you so much to everyone at Dior.

Great customer service and wide variety of dresses and sizes was my thought when I purchased dress.
What happened after for alterations was a different story. Went in for my fittings after they had some work on it and they got a stain on my dress in the front. No one knew how it got there. They did more pinning for cups that day and had me come back again and assured stain would be taken care of. Came back in for that appointment and stain there and they did nothing with cups. So they pinned again and had me come back again. They cancelled appointment and rescheduled went in for that mind you wedding in a week. The person I spoke with was the manager and let her know my frustration and asked for them do to make my balance of 150 go away for all the on going issues and as a manager you should have some type of authority to make a situation right but told had to check with owner and when I come in on Thursday I will have my answer of what they will do. And thaty dress will be ready and presses for me to take that day. So got to that appointment no one knew I was coming and dress was not pressed and nothing on balance mind u stain still there . So they called store manager on phone I could her sass through the phone told sales person she didn't need to tell me I heard every word. The most they could do is take 50 off the dress as u can imagine I was not happy. So I had to pick up my dress the day before wedding. Went pick up Stain till there.the poor ladies there that day I never dealt with before and they begged for me to give them an hour. It's my rehearsal day i leave 45 from shop and was late for that due to dress. Went back an hour later they put me in the worst lighted room to view dress instead of in the light. STAIN still there on wedding day 50 off for all the in convenience emotional stress unhappy customer. Also not once was I a bridezilla when I should of been

Most unprofessional business I have seen in awhile. My friend found her perfect dress there, but it has been a nightmare leading up to her wedding day tomorrow. Alterations were wrong multiple times and then a stain appeared on the dress in their possession. After several attempts the stain was not removed, they want to take no responsibility for any of this. A manager is useless in dealing with this. They want to gove her a whopping $50 for her trouble. She doesn't want a free dress, but they should have done better take things right. I will continue to make people aware of this business. What a disgrace!

Kristi was amazing with helping me pull dresses, she was also very upfront about the cost before I tried on a dress. Shell altered my dress to fit my modesty needs and it looked seamless. I only had 5 months before my wedding. I wasn’t sure I would get a dress at all, but Dior made my dream dress possible. Thank you all! Dress on the model versus with the modest alternations are night and day!

Ingrid was above and beyond helpful. She listened to everything I said about the dresses I tried on and found me the perfect combination of my favorite elements. Friendly and astonishing customer service. I felt so welcomed and supported through the entire process. It couldn’t have been better.

When I tell you Kristi gave me the best experience she really did! We went to a couple other salons and it was not the same! She was amazing! Any dress I tried on and my face showed I didn’t like it as much as the one I got she knew immediately but made sure I tried on a bunch to make sure the dress I got was THE dress, and it was! When I arrived at my appointment I found out my moms first wedding and my husbands aunt both got their wedding dresses from Dior at their old location! I will forever recommend this salon for other brides!

I absolutely had the best experience at Dior Bridal Salon. My Bridal assistant was Catherine and she was amazing. She had every dress I sent in already waiting for me plus she pulled some extras she thought I might like. She was so helpful and attentive the entire time. She was a joy to work with, my family got pictures of me trying on dresses and in the pics you can see Catherine in the background smiling and laughing. You can really tell she loves her job. I was also assisted by Kim, I think she’s the store manager but she was also very nice and helpful. Also i forgot to mention they have the most beautiful dresses and a huge selection to choose from. I can’t wait to wear my dress so I can come back and update this review with pics of my dress.

Shell was amazing to look at gowns with, even though I didn’t buy the dress from here, we kept in contact and she helped save my wedding dress FOUR days before the wedding! Irina was able to see me asap and bustle my huge ballgown the same day!! Truly the nicest ladies

Christy was AMAZING! She hyped me up while trying on wedding dresses and listened to what we liked/disliked about previous dresses as I was trying them on to find this perfect dress that incorporated all of my favorite parts of other dresses! Trying on wedding dresses is kind of an awkward experience with a ton of emotion, but she made me feel super comfortable!Irena did my alterations and was also AMAZING! My dress was beautiful as is, but she helped add a belt, sewed in my side sleeves in a way that I could wear them up or down, and the bustle was out of a fairytale! It gave new dimensions to my very full dress. I would recommend these two to anyone!
