Diamond Ten is the ONLY Jeweler I will ever by diamonds from again. Period. The diamond earrings I received were gorgeous and went way beyond anything I could have hoped for. If I could give 6 stars I would. Wonderful staff, very friendly. We felt like family. Came in to add another band for 10 year anniversary. Ended up re-working my current ring and adding an extra band to create my fairytale ring. Cost was very fair. Thank you Ace!

DO NOT PATRONIZE!! Prejudice; Terrible. I took my 41mm rose gold datejust Rolex in for potential loan prices, young guy condescendingly looks at my watch and insinuated that it was fake. Said "it's not sweeping..where did you get it from?" LOL mind you, this is an official Rolex purchased from the actual Rolex store...I wanted to go back with the box & paperwork just to shut him up but he's a waste of my time. This makes me question the authenticity of everything they sell. Young guy then says " we usually don't loan on Rolex's" LMAO well what DO you loan on then??! CRAZY!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I saved for so long for a special antique diamond cameo ring and found the one of my dreams at Diamondten. It is scary for me to spend that kind of money but Omg when it came I was in love. Because of its age the ring came unglued the first time I wore it. I nearly had a heart attack! I messaged them and they immediately responded and told me to send it back and they will repair it the day they receive it. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for their customer service. yelp is such a sham you can read these reviews and tell some of them make no sence they take down positive reviews and yelp tries to exploit bussinesses by having them pay money to get better reviews
